The author, Erika Bud was very engaging in her presentation to our students. She kept the student engaged with questions before, during, and after her book was read. Her conclusion was outstanding to where she reviewed the information to make sure the students captured the knowledge she was presenting. We wish to thank her for her trip out to California and giving out students this opportunity to learn about another country.

Erika Bud came to our school to present her new book to grades kindergarten to third grade. She was an amazing presenter, the students were thoroughly engaged during the whole presentation. She not only read her book during the assembly, but also included information about the culture and traditions of Australia. The students were amazed with the 3D part of the book, which is unique and adds to the text you are reading. It left the students wanting to learn more about the country. I would highly recommend her presenting at your school.
